Jean Fideler | President
earned her BFA in Design from St. Paul's College of Visual Arts in 1994.

Since then, she has worked as a graphic designer helping local businesses and municipal governments to get the most out of their investments in graphic design and software technology. She works along with partner Jeff Fideler, covering the non-technical aspects of development (human factors, usability issues).

Remaining true to her spirit of community service, Jean is an active member of the League of Women Voters of MN, is a Savage Parks and Natural Resources Commissioner, and she also serves as a Scott County election judge.

Jeff Fideler | Partner
earned his BS in Life Sciences from the University of Minnesota in 1984. He received his MBA in 1994 from St. Paul's University of St. Thomas.

Jeff's career has taken him all over the world as a consultant, teacher, musician, and manager. He has 20 years of successful experience in the software industry in various roles as a manager, project leader, and developer, working for consulting companies such as Talent Software, Ajilon, and SafeNet Consulting.

Jeff often points out that the Tortuga Team is a powerful combination of "Art and Science--the type of work we were meant for!"
